About the Company: Tek Inspirations LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to support its renting solutions business in Greater Noida. This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity for candidates who are confident communicators and motivated by customer engagement, lead conversion, and measurable sales outcomes. The role welcomes freshers as well as experienced professionals who can contribute in a target-driven environment. Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls and respond to inbound customer enquiries in English and Hindi. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable renting solutions. Explain products and services clearly, address objections, negotiate professionally, and close sales. Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM. Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience. Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth client onboarding and build lasting customer relationships. Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, BDE, or customer relationship management is preferred. Graduates and undergraduates with strong communication and sales ability are welcome. Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi. Strong persuasion, negotiation, follow-up, rapport-building, and lead-conversion skills. Basic familiarity with MS Excel and CRM tools. A self-motivated, target-oriented, collaborative approach and readiness to work full-time from the Greater Noida office. Employment: Full-time, day shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Compensation: ₹20,000-₹25,000 per month. Openings: 2.
