Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Zyrax fitness products and services. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate value propositions. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth. Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide excellent post-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer success. Requirements Open to both freshers and experienced candidates with a passion for sales and the fitness industry. Female candidates only with fluent English communication skills are required for this role. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
