Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and online platforms. Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers. Build and maintain good relationships with customers. Update customer and lead details in the company database/CRM. Coordinate with the sales and other internal teams when required. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information. Track daily calls, follow-ups, and sales activities. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Requirements: Any Graduate or Postgraduate. 0-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or related roles. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply. Good verbal and written communication skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools. Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
