Responsibilities Connect proactively with prospective students and professionals to guide them toward suitable academic programs and career development paths. Conduct in-depth counseling sessions to understand candidates' educational goals and recommend relevant courses. Manage end-to-end inside sales cycles, including lead follow-ups, inquiries handling, objection handling, and enrollment closures. Maintain and update candidate records, pipelines, and performance metrics diligently in the CRM system. Collaborate cross-functionally with academic advisors and student success teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience. Requirements Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills in both English and regional languages. Demonstrated interest or experience in inside sales, academic counseling, education consulting, or customer success. Goal-oriented approach with the ability to operate effectively in high-growth environments. Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales pipeline management, and virtual consultation tools. Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent practical background.
