Negotiate contracts and close sales, achieving and exceeding sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Requirements: Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
