About this role
Roles & Responsibilities: Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements. Understand clients' needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell products or services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of new accounts and effective resolution of issues or concerns. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects. Sell products by establishing contact, developing relationships with prospects, and recommending suitable solutions. Conduct outbound calling using data collected through lead generation activities and secondary data sources. Follow up daily on existing leads and work on new leads. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Requirements: Any Undergraduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) degree preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone or through virtual channels. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude towards overcoming challenges in a competitive sales environment. Languages: English. Hindi. Regional Language.
