Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads generated through various channels. Maintain a comprehensive database of client interactions and sales activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively converting leads into successful deals. Provide excellent customer service and build strong, lasting relationships with clients. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients. Requirements 0 to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to persuade and negotiate. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. A passion for real estate and a desire to help clients find their dream properties. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
