The role offers an opportunity to build practical experience in consultative selling, lead engagement, and business communication within a technology-focused organization. Responsibilities: Connect with prospective customers through phone calls, email, and other approved communication channels. Understand customer requirements, explain relevant solutions, and guide prospects through the sales journey. Qualify inbound and outbound leads, maintain accurate activity records, and schedule follow-ups. Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, and business teams to improve lead conversion and customer experience. Achieve assigned activity and revenue goals while providing timely updates to the reporting manager. Requirements: Graduate with 0-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, customer engagement, or a related area. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, customer-focused approach. Ability to understand requirements, handle basic objections, and maintain organized follow-up schedules. Comfort with using CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and standard sales productivity tools. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work full-time from the Kolkata office. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with a monthly gross salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹30,000. The selected candidate will work closely with the sales team and receive structured exposure to lead management, solution conversations, and performance-driven selling.
