Solution4professionals Is Hiring for Inside Sales Agent! About the Company: Solution4professionals is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Agent to support its real-estate business through structured lead follow-up, appointment setting, and relationship building. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity in Panchkula for a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and helping prospects take the next step. Responsibilities: Follow up with and nurture qualified leads using clear, easy-to-follow scripts; this role does not involve cold calling. Convert database opportunities into meaningful conversations and qualified appointments. Build positive relationships with prospective buyers and sellers through consistent, empathetic communication. Use the CRM to accurately input, update, organize, and manage client and lead information. Listen actively, address questions appropriately, and encourage prospects while maintaining mutual trust. Complete the required phone-screening process and collaborate with the wider team to support sales objectives. Requirements: Prior call-centre or telephone-based customer interaction experience. Experience working with a CRM or lead-management database. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outgoing, energetic, self-motivated, persistent, and receptive to coaching. Strong work ethic and a team-first, collaborative attitude. Availability for full-time working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn about the real-estate industry while developing valuable sales and client-relationship skills. Compensation for this position is ₹20,000-₹25,000 per month.
