Responsibilities Coordinate with influencers and talent managers for campaigns. Share campaign briefs and explain basic requirements to creators. Follow up on content submissions, approvals, and posting timelines. Track campaign deliverables (reels, stories, posts, etc.) Ensure creators post content as per guidelines and timelines. Update trackers and share regular status updates with the team. Flag delays or issues early and help resolve them. Support senior team members in campaign execution. Requirements 0-2 years of experience in an influencer marketing agency/BPO. Basic understanding of how influencer campaigns work. Good communication and follow-up skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple creators. Willingness to learn and grow in influencer marketing. Experience working with Instagram, YouTube, or short-form content (Good to Have). Exposure to lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or consumer brands (Good to Have).
