About this role
About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with daily production and shop-floor activities to ensure smooth operations. 2. Support production planning, process monitoring, and daily production tracking. 3. Monitor production targets, productivity, material usage, and process output. 4. Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and stores teams. 5. Prepare daily production reports and maintain ERP/MIS records. 6. Identify basic process issues and support corrective actions with the production team. 7. Participate in 5S, Kaizen, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives. 8. Maintain accurate production documentation and follow workplace safety procedures. Are pursuing or have recently completed a diploma/bachelor's in mechanical, production, industrial, manufacturing, automobile, or mechatronics engineering. • 2. Have a basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations. • 3. Are comfortable working on the shop floor and coordinating with different teams. • 4. Have good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation. • 5. Are available for a full-time, in-office internship at Okhla Phase II for at least 3 months. • 6. Can start immediately (preferred).
