Human Resources Internship at Freight Tiger

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role will provide hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, with an opportunity to work on hiring across both Blue Collar and White Collar roles and gain practical experience in high-volume as well as specialized recruitment. Roles & Responsibilities: Understand hiring requirements, role specifications and candidate profiles in coordination with the hiring team. Source relevant candidates through multiple recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna Jobs, Internshala and other sourcing channels. Proactively identify and build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for open positions. Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic interactions to assess suitability against role requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates and interviewers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Maintain regular updates on candidate status and recruitment trackers. Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for offer discussions, documentation and offer closures. Support the Talent Acquisition team in ensuring timely closure of open positions. Gain exposure to recruitment processes across diverse functions and levels, covering both Blue Collar and White Collar hiring.
