Job Requirements • Own end-to-end interview coordination and ensure a seamless candidate experience. • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements. • Schedule interviews, manage interview logistics, and coordinate with hiring managers. • Conduct initial candidate interactions and follow-ups. • Manage job postings across various job portals and social media platforms. • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports. • Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth joining experience. • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-bu
