Responsibilities of the Intern: Communicate with the students to keep a check on the various activities they are required to fulfil within the time provided to them. Connect with mentors and students to keep track of tasks assigned to both, tackle their issues, and communicate them to the respective departments of the company. E.g. - Here couple of students are assigned a mentor and you need to track their meetings, and mocks assigned to mentors. In short, ensure that Mentor and Students are communicating with each other. Act as the bridge between the student's mentors. Schedule meetings and sessions between the users and the leadership team. Act as a moderator in the meetings and will be the first point of contact for 40 - 45 mentors. Requirements: Time Management Skills Good Communication Skills Good People Skills Good Managerial Skills Familiarity With MS Excel Decent technical competence - Google Meet, Zoom, etc. Problem-Solving Skills A typical day on the Internship would look like this: Checking the progress of users Invest 4 hours daily post 5 PM Calling the users who are not keeping up with the course Understanding their problems and curating solutions either on your own or on an Excel sheet to be passed to the leadership team Motivating the users to complete their tasks Contacting the dormant users Scheduling meetings of users with the core team members in a state of urgency Acting as the orator in meetings and group discussions Collecting feedback and suggesting improvements on behalf of the customers Providing students with extra material from the bank if demanded Updating weekly reports of students and communicating the same to the mentors Learning Opportunities : People management MS Excel Leadership Skills Group Discussion Learning Communication skills enhancement Perks: INR 5K stipend per month LOR Guidance Discount Coupons for MAS courses Duration: 3-4 Months
