Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Maintain and update accurate employee records within our internal databases, including contact information and essential employment documents. Assist in managing payroll data by tracking and updating employee working hours, leave, and contract details. Manage job postings across various platforms (job boards, career pages, and social media), ensuring timely updates and removal of outdated listings. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and schedule and confirm interview appointments. Monitor employee performance to accurately track and report on daily work progress.
