Requirements: Must be a student pursuing a UG/PG degree Must be willing to contribute at least 3 hours/per day (Sundays are off) Must be able to communicate effortlessly in English (Other languages are recognized but English will be the primary language of communication) Should have qualities of a leader Must be able to take initiative with quick thinking and problem-solving reflex Must adhere to company policies and abide by the work culture that is established already Organizational skills/MS Office skills can be an edge over others but not compulsory Responsibilities of the Intern: Coming up with efficient HR strategies to uplift the overall well-being of the employees Onboarding and training new candidates Monitoring and taking overall charge of a specific department Updating our various internal databases Screening resumes and application forms Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates Posting, updating, and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks Perks/Benefits: Impeccable training that covers an overall starter of basic skills every beginner must have An experience that is a gateway towards the professional work culture that is found in the corporate world A to Z Learning of how an organization works from scratch Letter of recommendation for the individuals who make the best use of the platform given to them Certificate of Completion for every Intern who successfully completes their tenure Note: This is an unpaid internship but remarkable performance can lead to further opportunities.
