Human Resources (HR) Internship at Best Referral

Our HR intern will help keep our department as organized and accurate as possible. We may ask them to update employee records, field phone calls from recruiters, and collect payroll data for further analysis. We need our interns to be organized, consistent, and ready for anything. They should have a strong understanding of how the department works in relation to other departments and third-party vendors. We look to our interns to improve the flow of our company, so they should feel comfortable suggesting how we can streamline our everyday processes.
