Human Resources (HR) Executive at ATeam Tech Solutions

Responsibilities of the Candidate: Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience, including documentation and induction. Maintain employee attendance, leave, and shift records. Prepare monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team. Assist with salary revisions, reimbursements, and employee records. Support statutory compliance activities such as EPF, ESI, TDS, and other applicable labor regulations. Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events. Address employee queries and support grievance resolution. Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and office maintenance teams. Maintain employee files, HR documents, and company asset records. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and administrative support. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, payroll, or administration. Good understanding of recruitment processes and payroll fundamentals. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with HRMS or payroll software is preferred. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and external vendors. Flexible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
