As the company expands its Business Development team, it is looking for an HR Associate who can work closely with the Founder's Office and help find, connect with, and build relationships with talented people. Responsibilities of the Candidate: Talent Hiring & Recruitment: Source and identify potential candidates across platforms. Screen resumes and find the right talent for different roles. Connect with candidates and manage initial communication. Coordinate interviews and hiring conversations. Team Building & People Operations: Manage communication with interns and team members. Help create a smooth onboarding experience. Track candidate pipelines and hiring progress. Support building a strong startup culture from day one. Benefits: Direct experience working with founders.
