Responsibilities of the Intern: Assist with the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Provide administrative support to HR team members, including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation. Develop and maintain HR databases and systems. Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics. Assist with employee relations activities, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives. Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices.
