Support onboarding documentation, employee records, HR communication, and routine administrative activities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect information and ensure timely completion of HR tasks. Help maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee and recruitment data. Requirements Suitable for freshers with a genuine interest in human resources and recruitment. Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency with spreadsheets, email, and common workplace productivity tools. Ability to learn quickly, handle confidential information responsibly, and work from the Noida office.
