I2E Consulting is hiring for the role of Human Resource Intern! The Human Resource (HR) Intern provides support to the HR department by assisting with various tasks and projects. They gain hands-on experience in HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the organization by assisting with recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities of the Intern: Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates and conducting initial resume screening. Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for candidates. Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements. Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy. Onboarding and Orientation: Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documents and forms. Coordinate orientation activities and assist with new employee orientation. Help create a positive onboarding experience for new employees. Employee Relations: Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and employee recognition programs. Help maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality. Contribute to fostering a positive work culture and resolving minor employee issues. Training and Development: Assist in organizing training programs and workshops for employees. Help with tracking employee training and development activities. Support the implementation of employee performance appraisal processes. HR Administration: Maintain HR files and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with HR-related documentation, including employment contracts and letters. Help with data entry, record keeping, and generating HR reports as needed. Compliance and Policies: Assist with ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Support the implementation of HR initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion. Help with updating and maintaining HR policies and employee handbook. Special Projects: Cont
