Yelow Payments is hiring for the role of Human Resource Intern! Responsibilities of the Intern: Drive recruitment and engagement initiatives to establish and grow the Bukatsu segment. Foster strong relationships with campus representatives, student leaders, and organizations. Manage and promote Bukatsu at virtual campus events and through various channels. Monitor and evaluate recruitment activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Assist in creating and posting job openings for student leaders and members of the new Bukatsu segment. Develop engaging job descriptions and promotional materials for Bukatsu. Manage applications and maintain communication with candidates. Research and identify key colleges and universities for outreach. Build and maintain relationships with college career centers, student organizations, and faculty members. Coordinate outreach efforts to student clubs and societies to promote Bukatsu. Plan and execute recruitment events and workshops to support Bukatsu. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on recruitment progress and engagement metrics. Requirements: Currently pursuing any degree in Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Extroverted personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Active participation in college clubs, societies, or student organizations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage various projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms. Previous experience in university clubs or society recruitment, campus engagement, or event planning is a plus.
