Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to manage HR functions and support routine activities in the founder's office. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage calendars, meetings, and travel for the founders. Assist with special projects and initiatives. Maintain confidential files and records. Ensure smooth operation of the founders' office. Recruitment and HR: Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies. Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Implement and manage Zoho People for HR processes. Identify and implement process improvements in recruitment and HR practices. Plan and coordinate company events and activities. Drive new initiatives with full zeal and accountability. Requirements: Education: Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred. Experience: Freshers with a positive aptitude can apply. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills. Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS, and advanced Excel. Problem-solving: Strong analytical abilities. Interpersonal: Excellent interpersonal skills. Confidentiality: High level of discretion. Flexibility: Adaptability and ability to handle pressure.
