Techmihirnaik is seeking a passionate and motivated Human Resource Generalist Intern to join our growing team! Responsibilities of the Intern: Assist with the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Provide administrative support to HR team members, including data entry, scheduling, and filing. Develop and maintain HR databases and records. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics. Prepare and deliver HR presentations and training materials. Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices. Participate in HR projects and initiatives. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
