About this role
Responsibilities of the Candidate: Responsible for all People Processes (Recruitment Selection, Listening, Performance & talent Management, Rewards & Recognition) data analysis, hypothesis testing, report building, basic MIS, and dashboard creation. Responsible for Process Governance and Audits for all People Processes across group companies on regular basis. Functional Ownership of Platforms availability, setup and issue resolution. Support basic HR Ops activities in the HR BP portfolio for Corporate and Support Function Participate in special project work as and when required Manage reviews and meetings of people processes PMO Support for People Processes Requirements: MBA in HR Must be good with Excel (including formulas, macro) and PPT Strong Analytical bent of mind to assess and transform data Knowledge of Data Science (Optional)
