About the Company: Phyllo is hiring an HR Recruitment Intern to support its talent acquisition efforts in the B2B business environment. The intern will gain practical exposure to recruitment coordination, candidate engagement, and day-to-day hiring operations while working with the HR team. Responsibilities: Source and identify candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels. Review applications, shortlist profiles against role requirements, and maintain accurate candidate records. Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and support follow-ups throughout the selection process. Assist with drafting job postings, preparing recruitment reports, and tracking hiring progress. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and improve the candidate experience. Requirements: Approximately 1+ years of experience or practical exposure in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or a related area. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Interest in working in a B2B business environment and learning professional recruitment practices. Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively with the HR team. The internship is full-time, in-office in Bangalore, runs for 3 months, and offers a monthly stipend of ₹15,000.
