About this role
Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete end-to-end Non-IT recruitment cycle. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and campus drives. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate interview schedules. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities. Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting recruitment KPIs. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports. Coordinate offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Conduct recruitment drives, walk-ins, and job fairs as required. Travel to company branches on a monthly basis to support local hiring, interview candidates, and understand branch manpower requirements. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports for management. Stay updated on market hiring trends and recommend effective sourcing strategies.
