This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations and the opportunity to contribute to real hiring requirements while working closely with candidates and hiring stakeholders. Responsibilities Source and shortlist suitable Trainer and other relevant profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and additional recruitment channels. Screen applicants against role requirements and assess communication, experience, and overall suitability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely scheduling and clear communication. Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, update pipeline progress, and keep candidate records organised. Follow up consistently with candidates and hiring managers to support a smooth recruitment journey. Drive candidates through the recruitment process toward timely hiring closures. Manage multiple requirements, priorities, and recruitment timelines independently. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong sourcing, candidate-screening, coordination, and follow-up abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a result-oriented approach. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and timelines. Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and recruitment platforms. Experience hiring for education or training roles will be an advantage. This is a paid, three-month internship for professionals who want to strengthen their recruitment skills and take greater ownership of the complete hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and closure. The role is in Office and based in Mumbai, with a monthly stipend of ₹15000
