The role will be based in Bangalore and offers an opportunity to contribute to recruitment operations within a structured, fully office-based environment. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for non-IT positions, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer follow-up. Understand hiring requirements, prepare relevant candidate pipelines, and maintain regular communication with applicants and internal stakeholders. Use job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates. Schedule interviews, collect feedback, maintain recruitment records, and support timely closure of open positions. Track recruitment progress and contribute to target achievement through consistent follow-up and candidate engagement. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in HR or non-IT hiring. Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and basic recruitment processes. Good communication, interpersonal, organization, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently from the Bangalore office and manage multiple hiring requirements. Comfort with target-based recruitment work; additional incentives are linked to performance and targets. Compensation: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month, plus target-based incentives. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with Kalyani Motors Private Limited.
