We are hiring an HR Recruiter! Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and offer communication. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidate shortlists. Use job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other channels to attract qualified talent, including candidates for blue-collar roles. Maintain accurate candidate records, track recruitment progress, and share timely hiring updates. Help ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting recruitment timelines and process standards. Requirements Approximately one year of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably with exposure to end-to-end hiring. Prior experience in a similar recruitment or HR role is preferred. Awareness of the blue-collar industry, workforce hiring practices, and candidate sourcing challenges is required. Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and follow-up skills. Ability to evaluate profiles against job requirements and manage multiple open positions effectively. Comfort with recruitment tools, spreadsheets, and maintaining confidential candidate information. The role is based in Bangalore, with the work location near Kudlu Gate.
