Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from application to offer. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Requirements: 0 to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency. Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms. A passion for connecting people with career opportunities. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
