About this role
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for both BPO and IT positions . Handle bulk hiring requirements for BPO roles within defined timelines. Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and databases . Screen resumes, conduct initial HR rounds, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Understand job requirements and ensure quality hiring aligned with business needs. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements. Follow up with shortlisted candidates on interview schedules, feedback, and offer rollouts. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely closures. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in BPO hiring and IT hiring . Strong understanding of bulk hiring and volume-based recruitment. Experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously . Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines. Must be flexible and willing to work in UK shift timings . Preferred Candidate Profile: Prior experience in a UK-based company / international hiring environment is an added advantage. Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable.
