About the Role: We are looking for an HR Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This role offers an opportunity to work across multiple facets of Human Resources. The selected candidate will work closely with the HR Lead, business teams, and employees to support and enhance people processes, employee experience, and organisational effectiveness. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting talent initiatives, maintaining employee records and compliance requirements, coordinating engagement activities, and contributing to process improvement and organisational development initiatives. Responsibilities: Support recruitment activities, onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and employee records management. Assist in employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, and culture-building initiatives. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, SOPs, and people processes. Maintain employee data, prepare reports, and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of records. Coordinate statutory compliance activities, maintain legal registers, and support audits and regulatory requirements. Contribute to employer branding, campus hiring initiatives, process improvements, and other HR projects as required.
