Requirements Interest in human resources, recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations. Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and follow-through. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a remote setup. Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, online communication tools, and documentation is helpful. Internship details: This is a 3-month remote internship with a monthly stipend of ₹1,000-₹2,000, linked to performance.
