The intern will work with the hiring team in Lucknow and learn how structured talent acquisition supports business growth. Responsibilities Support the team in sourcing candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes, maintain candidate trackers, and coordinate interview schedules with applicants and internal stakeholders. Assist with candidate communication, follow-ups, interview documentation, and status updates. Help maintain accurate recruitment records and contribute to improving the overall hiring workflow. Participate in additional HR and recruitment activities assigned by the reporting manager. Requirements 0-1 year of experience or relevant exposure in recruitment, human resources, coordination, or talent acquisition. Good verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach to candidate interactions. Strong organization, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to manage follow-ups. Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, email communication, and online recruitment platforms is helpful. This is a full-time, in-office internship based in Lucknow for a duration of 3 months.
