Company: 1XL Job Type: Full-time Stipend: 15,000 for 3 months, one-time payment post-internship Experience: Fresher Job Mode: Work From Office Location: Thergaon, Pune Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Hiring Support Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media Screen resumes and shortlist candidates Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers Employee Engagement Support in organizing employee engagement activities Assist in internal communication initiatives Help in maintaining a positive workplace culture HR Operations Maintain employee records and documentation Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes Support in preparing HR reports and trackers Administrative Support Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks Maintain files, records, and HR databases Assist the HR team in daily operations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or pursuing) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of HR functions Good organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) What You Will Gain: Hands-on experience in core HR functions Exposure to recruitment and HR operations Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization Skill development in communication and people management
