AIVI Intelligence Pvt Ltd is hiring for an HR Intern! Responsibilities: Post and manage job advertisements on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Unstop, Wellfound, and other job boards. Review incoming resumes and screen candidate profiles against specified role requirements. Conduct initial telephonic screening calls to evaluate candidate fit, communication skills, and availability. Maintain and update candidate pipelines meticulously in the Master Recruitment Tracker (Google Sheets). Coordinate interview schedules and dispatch Google Meet calendar invites to founders and candidates. Assist in candidate onboarding documentation processes and team engagement initiatives. Requirements: Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Hindi. High phone confidence and professional phone etiquette. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and email correspondence. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to candidate details. Empathetic interpersonal manner and enthusiasm for talent development.
