Responsibilities Support the HR team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open roles. Help schedule interviews, maintain candidate records, and provide timely follow-ups. Assist with onboarding documentation and ensure that employee information is organised accurately. Prepare basic HR reports, trackers, and communication updates as required. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and support day-to-day HR activities. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and other people-related projects. Requirements Suitable for candidates with 0 years of experience who are interested in starting a career in human resources and recruitment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable manner. Good organisational abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to manage multiple tasks. Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, documentation, and online communication tools is helpful. A proactive attitude, confidentiality, reliability, and eagerness to learn are essential. This is a paid, full-time, in-office internship in Delhi for a duration of 3 months, offering a monthly stipend of ₹2,000-₹5,000.
