Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT Recruiter (0-1 year experience) to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT positions while working closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments (telephonic/virtual). Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers. Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates for future opportunities. Support end-to-end recruitment processes under the guidance of senior recruiters. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
