About the Company Orvionar Tech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support people-focused initiatives across the organization. This opportunity is open to freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience who want practical exposure to human resources in a professional environment. The role offers a structured three-month learning experience in Bangalore, with a potential pre-placement opportunity based on performance and business requirements. Responsibilities Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process. Support interview scheduling, candidate communication, and maintenance of recruitment trackers. Help prepare onboarding documentation and maintain accurate employee and applicant records. Coordinate with internal teams on HR activities, employee engagement, and routine people operations. Contribute to HR reports, documentation, and process-improvement initiatives as assigned. Requirements Freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience may apply. Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and interpersonal skills. Interest in recruitment and human resources, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in spreadsheets, email communication, and common office tools. Ability to work from the Bangalore office for the full three-month internship. Industry: Open to candidates from any industry background. Stipend: ₹10,000-₹15,000 per month. A pre-placement opportunity may be offered after successful completion of the internship.
