HR Generalist at Bishnoi Dental

Roles: Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, candidate screening, and joining formalities. Support employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit. Maintain HR policies, processes, and employee documentation. Use HR data and workforce trends to support HR planning and decision-making. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation. Monitor employee performance, engagement, retention, and workforce requirements. Handle employee queries and coordinate with management to resolve HR-related matters. Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management review. Track recruitment metrics such as vacancies, hiring timelines, and employee turnover. Support performance appraisal, training, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. Ensure HR processes comply with applicable company policies and employment regulations. Identify emerging HR trends and recommend improvements in recruitment, employee experience, and workplace processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, and HR operations. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS tools. Basic understanding of HR analytics, workforce trends, and employee engagement. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
