HR & Founder's Office Executive at Shyle

Responsibilities: Manage ad-hoc and ongoing hiring across different functions. Source, screen and shortlist candidates. Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring pipeline. Handle employee onboarding and basic HR processes. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for Shyle. Take ownership of day-to-day office administration. Coordinate with vendors, service providers and external partners. Manage office requirements and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Handle ad-hoc operational tasks as they come up. Welcome and coordinate with clients, partners and visitors coming to the office. Ensure visitors have a professional and seamless experience at Shyle. Manage and grow Shyle's LinkedIn account. Work closely with Astha & Radhesh to support and grow their personal LinkedIn presence. Research relevant topics and conversations. Help plan content and coordinate with the relevant teams. Manage publishing and consistency. Track performance and identify opportunities for growth. Requirements: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in HR, recruitment, people operations, administration or a similar role. Good understanding of LinkedIn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and follow-up abilities. Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Presentable, confident and comfortable interacting with clients and visitors. Proactive and resourceful - someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do. Strong ownership and attention to detail. Comfortable working directly with founders. Flexible and willing to take on responsibilities beyond a fixed job description. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
