Responsibilities Support day-to-day recruitment activities, including sourcing profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Assist with employee communication, onboarding coordination, documentation, and HR data updates. Help prepare reports, track hiring progress, and organize information using structured processes. Collaborate with team members on engagement initiatives and other assigned HR projects. Requirements Suitable for candidates with 0 to 6 months of experience who are interested in beginning or developing a career in human resources. Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and interpersonal skills. Basic comfort with online collaboration tools, spreadsheets, and documentation. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work responsibly in a remote environment.
