Key Responsibilities • Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities. • Review candidate profiles and resumes against basic job requirements. • Contact candidates regarding job opportunities and interview processes. • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the recruitment team. • Maintain candidate information and recruitment records. • Update hiring trackers and HR-related spreadsheets. • Assist with candidate follow-ups and status updates. • Help prepare recruitment-related emails, messages, and documents. • Support the onboarding process by organizing required information and documentation. • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information. • Assist with preparing basic HR reports and recruitment updates. • Coordinate with internal team members regarding hiring requirements. • Help keep HR databases and records accurate and up to date. • Perform other HR coordination tasks assigned by the team.
