Maintain digital and electronic records of employees. Serve as a point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts. Perform orientations and update records of new staff. Support the HR department in various administrative tasks. Handle employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies. Manage HR programs and initiatives. Requirements: 0-3 years of experience in Human Resources. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
