Roles and Responsibilities: Support day-to-day human resources operations and administrative activities. Assist with employee coordination and respond to routine HR-related queries. Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination and interview scheduling. Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation. Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for new employees. Coordinate internal communication related to HR processes and workplace activities. Support attendance, leave, and other routine employee information management. Help ensure HR procedures and documentation are handled accurately and consistently. Prepare routine HR reports and updates as required. Contribute to a well-organized and supportive employee experience.
