Responsibilities Support day-to-day human resources activities, including employee coordination, documentation, and record maintenance. Assist with recruitment activities such as sourcing, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and joining formalities. Maintain accurate employee data and help ensure HR records and reports are updated on time. Coordinate onboarding, attendance-related follow-ups, employee queries, and internal HR communication. Work with relevant teams to implement HR policies and support smooth administrative operations. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related HR operations role. Good verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable manner. Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and comfort handling confidential information. Working knowledge of common office productivity tools and basic HR documentation. Ability to work full-time from the Palanpur office and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Palanpur, Gujarat, offering a monthly salary between ₹25,000 and ₹30,000.
