About this role
Roles Recruitment & Staffing: Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff. Employee Onboarding: Handle joining formalities, documentation, induction, and orientation of new employees. Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain attendance, leave records, shifts, and employee schedules. Payroll Support: Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing, deductions, incentives, and attendance-related inputs. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues. HR Documentation: Maintain employee files, contracts, ID cards, certificates, and other HR records. Hospital Compliance: Ensure HR-related policies and statutory requirements are followed. Performance Management: Assist with appraisals, performance reviews, and employee feedback. Training & Development: Coordinate staff training, workshops, and orientation programs. Policy Implementation: Communicate and implement hospital HR policies and procedures. Exit Formalities: Handle resignations, exit interviews, clearance, and full-and-final coordination. Coordination: Work closely with department heads and management regarding manpower requirements and employee-related matters. Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment. Good MS Office/Excel skills. Strong coordination and follow-up abilities. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a hospital/healthcare environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information
