Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for various roles within the organization. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company objectives. Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate HR records. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management. Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees. Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation. Support HR initiatives and projects to improve overall employee experience and organizational efficiency. Prepare HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role. Strong understanding of HR functions, best practices, and labor legislation. Excellent communication(verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills.(Must) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Must). Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience in the corporate advisory or consulting industry is a plus. Freshers can apply.
